Visiting Hours

During some treatments, visitors may be asked to leave the room to wait until your treatment is completed. We encourage visiting between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to minimize disruptions in client care and treatment, and provide patients with necessary rest time. No more than two visitors to a patient are allowed at one time. Children under twelve years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Further restrictions may apply to patients in Special Care Units or as appropriate to specific situations or circumstances. By policy, hospital staff may only release information regarding a patient's status to the person identified by the patient or family as the key contact person. Please remind family and friends that staff may NOT release your personal information.

EMERGENCY is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

VISITORS

Our hospitals are smoke free. Visitors are asked to sit on the chairs provided and NOT on patient beds. Visitors must obtain permission from the Charge Nurse before bringing in gifts of food, fruit, candy and beverages to your room. This will ensure compliance with any diet restrictions your physician has ordered. There is a NO SCENT policy that prohibits strong scented flowers and perfumes.

NOISE

Noise of any kind is disturbing to patients that are very ill. Please keep radio volumes low. Please see that your visitors do not disturb other patients.
