NWHC Board Makes Tough Decisions to Balance Budget - Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

Board Chair Patti-Jo McLellan Shaw stated, "Following a very collaborative process involving physicians, staff and board members, we have come up with a balanced budget that ensures continued safe and efficient delivery of our core services. We will offer creative and efficient ways to deliver services facilitating access to a range of health care programs within our corporation's catchment area. We realize that some decisions mean a different way of doing business but we must live within our means knowing that additional funds from the WWLHIN will not be forthcoming."
